I hope you guys had a love and/or chocolate filled Valentine’s Day yesterday! I felt so much love from all my friends yesterday. You guys have no idea how much that meant to me yesterday! I did get a chance to capture all my delicious eats from yesterday, none were valentines-y but they were all made with love (awww…). I hope y’all enjoy!

Eggs w/ Spinach and Garlic Powder + Coffee w/ Vanilla Creamer, Milk, Vanilla Protein Powder
Of course I had my usual Starbucks Coffee mix plus some eggies. I don’t have class on Tuesdays so I have a bit more time to actually make a breakfast. I normally do an egg and cheese sandwich but I am running low on both cheese and bread so I went with just the eggs for this morning.

Greek Yogurt w/ Capn Crunch and Golden Puffs + Emergen-C + Granny Smith Apple
When I was at the grocery store this weekend I literally bought 16 greek yogurt containers and I will probably eat them all this week. #NoShame. I did my usual greek yogurt bowl with cereal, I cant wait till its spring time and I can add some fresh fruit to the mix!
Almost forgot! After I ate all this I was craving some PB and Banana so I ate some of that too!
Yesterday was Back and Bicep day! I have strayed away from my BBG workouts so a more bodybuilder style workout. I really need to write a post on what is happening with all that… But Wednesdays are for food not fitness, well maybe kinda sorta.
I went to a club meeting last night and they said they were brining pizza so of course I was all over that! I have been craving pizza for the last few weeks so I was super excited to eat this last night.
After I got back from the meeting I was craving something sweet. Maybe it was the fact that it was Valentine’s Day or that I am a chocolate fanatic, but I have been listening to what my body is craving and giving it the chocolate it wants!
My eats really haven’t changed a lot over the past few weeks. I seem to end up eating the same few things over and over again. I find it hard sometimes to switch things up because I don’t have regular access to a grocery store, I don’t have a car on campus, and not a lot of things are in season right now. I’m hoping that as we get closer to spring/summer more fruits will be coming into the stores and I will be able to try out new things. But for now I’m sticking with the good-ole classic food.
